Habit/Description:

Gorgeous small ornamental tree. The Limbs weep downward creating a rounded crown. The light green leaves turn to soft yellow in fall. Deciduous and best in full sun to part shade.

Size at Maturity:

Grows to be 15-20' tall and wide.

Flower:

Has soft pink blooms in spring before leafing out.- one of the first plants to bloom in the year.

Special Interest:

The beautiful pink flowers of this cherry tree cascade down the weeping limbs in a mop-like form. The leaves turn to a soft yellow in Autumn and fall to reveal the stunning structure of this tree which provides year-round interest. Wonderful when used as a specimen, corner foundation, patio tree, woodland garden, shade tree, beside water, mixed border, down an avenue, or urban and japanese garden settings.
